Sean had doubts going into this week after the Montana drama! 

Date #1 (Alone Date) Catherine – Let’s find our fairy tale ending

After Catherine got done saying that their date was going to be perfect.  The camera flashed to her in the middle of nowhere in a blizzard.  In came a HUGE snowbus that Sean was driving!  He handed her a snowsuit and told her the date was to play on a Glacier.  Catherine was into the bus driver!  They got to their destination and started off by playing on the glacier – sledding, summersaults, and drinking a warm beverage.

Phase two of the date took place on a horse drawn carriage ride through town to an ice castle for a romantic cocktail hour.  They talked about how comfortable they felt with each other.

Flash to the hotel with the remaining bachelorettes.  Daniella stated that she should get the one on one date because she hasn’t had any alone time with Sean.  She didn’t get the one on one date and cried in disappointment.

Back to Catherine.  Sean asked her “what don’t I know about you?”  She told him about a traumatic experience that she had at age 12.  L  She told him that at a young age she realized that she wanted to be in love and have a family because of her experience.  Rose #1 was handed out because Sean is crazy about Catherine!  Sean told the camera that Catherine has melted his heart and given him hope that things will turn around.

Date #2 (Group Date) Ashlee, Tierra, Sarah, Lindsay, Lesley, Selma, and Daniella – Let’s bare our souls

The ladies met Sean at the lake where Ashlee ran to greet Sean before the other ladies.  The date started with a canoe ride across the lake. Lesley ended up in the canoe with Sean and made all of the other girls jealous.  Once again poor Sarah was stuck with a physical challenge!  Selma told the camera that she was waiting for a shark to jump out of the lake to eat Lindsay – what’s wrong with that picture?

Everyone made it safely across the lake in their canoes.  After the ride, Sean challenged the ladies to join the élite club – the Lake Louise Polar Bear Club…to jump into the deep end of the water and completely submerge themselves into Glacier fed water.  Before the challenge he introduced the ladies to the EMT on stand by.  The ladies weren’t really thrilled about the challenge.  Sean was super excited about the challenge.  Some of the ladies were having doubts about competing.  Sean tried to convince them to do the challenge.  Selma decided to opt out – smart girl!  The other ladies prepped for the plunge and waited for the starting gun in their robes and Uggs.  The clothes came off and Sarah was the first to take the plunge.  Selma was quick to tell them that they were out of their minds.  All of the ladies were proud with their plunge except Tierra.  Tierra started to hyperventilate.  The EMT crew decided to take her away for further medical support.  Sean watched her get carried away.  The other girls in the hotel could see that someone was being carried away, but didn’t know who it was.  The EMT stabilized Tierra’s condition and brought her to the hotel.  Catherine and Desiree greeted her and felt sorry for her condition.  The other girls on the date came back to the hotel talking about what an amazing experience the plunge was.  Sean came to the hotel to check on Tierra.  He crawled into her bed to comfort her while she was connected to an oxygen tank.  Then he left her to go spend an evening with the remaining girls on the group date. 

The remaining ladies were excited to spend more time with Sean over cocktails.  Sean pulled Lindsay aside to reminisce about the day.   They talked about their feelings and their appreciation for each other.  Sarah and Sean met up for some alone time where Sarah surprised Sean with photos of her family.  Sean told the camera that hearing her talk about her family was a reality check for him.  Back at the hotel Tierra decided to pull herself together to join the girls with Sean.  While the ladies were talking smack about Tierra she walked in and surprised them!  The ladies weren’t impressed!  Sean immediately pulled her aside for some one on one time while the other ladies continued to talk smack!  Sean asked Tierra if she wanted a proposal at the end.  Tierra indirectly answered his question, and was then interrupted by Lindsay for a kissing session.  Rose #2 went to Lesley!!!  Tierra was a little shocked! 

After the group date, Sean started to reflect on his feelings for one of the girls.  He realized that he needed to come clean with his feelings about a girl that he didn’t expect to send home early.  He went to the ladies hotel room and stole Sarah away for a chat.  He told her that lately he has been feeling like he is trying to force a connection with her.  He told her that it just wasn’t working out.  She told him that she was hurt, surprised, and caught off guard.  He told her that he didn’t want her to stay any longer if he wasn’t feeling the connection.  He sent her off to say goodbye to the other ladies.  The poor girl was left standing outside of the hotel room crying and had to walk in and tell the girls that she was going home.  After breaking the news to the other girls, Sean met up with her to walk her to the limo. L

Date #3 (Alone Date) Desiree - Don’t be scared…to fall in love

Sean went to the hotel room to pick her up for their date.  Sean took her for a walk in the forest through Banff National Park.  After walking up to the top of the mountain he informed her that he brought her up to the top of the mountain for a picnic.  He then informed her that the picnic was at the bottom of the mountain.  The only way down is to repel.  – Seriously Sean???  This is the extreme Bachelor!  She was scared at the realization that it was 400ft down to the picnic.  They made it down the mountain safely for their romantic picnic.  Desiree decided to challenge Sean to her own extreme challenge, climbing a tree. 

The date ended deep in the woods for a romantic evening in a teepee.  They talked about how much fun they had and their favorite extreme sport of the day – climbing the tree.  They talked about their childhood.  Desiree told him that she lived in a tent for four months as a child.  Sean was shocked!  She explained to him that the most important thing in life is love.  Sean was happy because it is what he wants his wife to be like.  Rose #3 given to Desiree for being special!  Sean told the camera that he could see himself proposing to her.  Blah, blah, blah

Cocktail Party: 

All of the girls were expressing their nerves for the Rose Ceremony.  Sean told the camera that his conversations for the night were important because if he couldn’t picture himself with the ladies and a family then they needed to go home.  Selma was the first to get alone time with Sean.  She decided that she needed to show him her love since she didn’t take the plunge.  She decided to shame her family and give him a kiss!  After the kiss Sean stole Lindsay away for some alone time.  She told him that she wasn’t going to spend her time kissing him because their time together was more important.  Sean asked her to tell him something he doesn’t know about her.  She told him that she sleeps naked.  He was impressed!  She gave up and went in for a kiss.  Next up, Ashlee.  She told the camera that she still thinks the dumbest thing was jumping in the lake. Lol Ashlee gave Sean a blindfold as a symbol to give him control of their relationship.  He blindfolded her and carried her to the hotel lobby for a make out session.

Daniella and Selma were sent home.  I was shocked to see Selma go!  I guess shaming her family wasn’t enough to keep her around.

Sean told the remaining ladies to grab their bikinis because he is taking them to the Virgin Islands!
