From Atlantic City to Germany...
Date #1 (Alone Date)
Chris – Something in German…
Chris met up with Desiree to explore the town with a
language dictionary and a map.
Their date must not have been that exciting because the
cameras flashed to the guys in the hotel.
Bryden kept complaining and decided that he was going to go home. So he decided to go out to find Desiree on
her date to tell her – Seriously? Couldn’t he wait until her date ended?
Back to Des and Chris, they were having a good time –
eating, exploring, dancing, dressing up and laughing.
Bryden’s tactic for finding Desiree was to ask random
strangers (who speak English) if they have seen cameras filming in town. He finally found them and stole Desiree away from
Chris to breakup with her. Her response
“so are you leaving right now? I guess
it was a long plane ride and you had a long time to think…” She told the cameras that it hurts and she
isn’t going to let it affect her date with Chris (said with tears streaming
down her face). As expected Chris and
Desiree spent some time talking about the departure during their date when they
should have been enjoying their stein of beer!
The date wrapped up with a romantic dinner at a palace. They talked about the usual…what are you
looking for? After she got done telling him
how she needs someone who is expressive.
He conveniently pulled out a poem that he wrote about her when he was on
the plane. – Did he watch Trista & Ryan’s season? No surprise…he received Rose #1!
Chris told the camera, with confidence, that he is slowly
falling in love with Desiree and that he can see that Desiree is falling in
love with him too. – Hopefully he is right or he will be in for a
shock!
Date #2 (Group Date)
Juan, James, Casey, Zak, Brooks, Drew, Mikey - Will you climb the highest
mountain for me?
Desiree brought the guys out to a mountain to play in the
snow. They headed up the mountain in a
gondola to the highest peak on the mountain.
Once they got to the top of the mountain they yodeled with a
professional. From there they moved onto
sledding down what looked like a LONG ski run.
After playing in the sun, Desiree
took the guys to an igloo hotel for cocktails.
Brooks pulled her aside for alone time and told her how he tried “being
in the moment” during the date. She must
like him because she barely let him finish talking and stole a kiss! Mikey used his alone time to make mini
snowmen. He wasted too much time
playing….he got interrupted by Zak and his yodeling skills. James irritated the guys by talking so
confidently about his standing with Des.
During James’ alone time Brooks decided to spy on them – weird!
Rose #2 went to the
peeping Tom (aka Brooks)
Date #3 (Two on One
Date) Michael & Ben – Let’s heat things up!
On the way to meet Desiree Michael told the camera that his
plan for the date is to send Ben home!
The date started off with the usual back and forth
competitive conversation. Desiree
informed them that their date would be the polar bear plunge. She missed out last season so though that she
would include it in her season. Just
Kidding! Her plan was to take them out
in a hot tub boat. The hot tub
conversation went back to the competitive dialog between the two boys.
Back at the hotel the guys were gossiping about something
James had said to Mikey. That if he gets
sent home that he will stand a good chance at being the Bachelor. All of the “good guys” created a plan to
confront Des with the information at the cocktail party.
Dinner with the two boys started off awkward. Michael called out Ben in front of Desiree
asking him why he doesn’t get along with the other guys. The date continued with Michael slamming Ben until
Ben excused himself from dinner. Desiree
told Michael that he made her feel uncomfortable. Desiree found Ben and talked to him. Ben defended himself gracefully. After Ben’s explanation Des pulled Michael
aside to find out why he has so many issues with Ben. Rose
#3 went to Michael. Ben left pissed
off and refused Desiree’s offer to walk him out.
Conversation with
Chris:
Desiree admitted to falling for some of the guys. When asked if she could kiss one guy right
now she said Brooks. Chris asked her
about Bryden. Desiree admitted to the
Bryden event raising some concerns for her.
Chris rubbed it in by saying “how terrible would it be if you were left
in the end with one of the guys making the decision to leave?” When asked if she knew whom she would be
sending home she responded by telling him that she is 100% on her decision and
wouldn’t need a cocktail party.

Mikey was sent home irritated that James got a rose.
