Bermuda Bahama Come on Pretty Emily

This week there were three dates – One on One date, Group date, and a Two on One date!  The dates occurred at the first stop on a “world wide trip” in Bermuda.

Ricky got to go to Bermuda with her mom. She played cricket, walked on the beach, and flew a kite.

The boys made a grand entrance in Bermuda by riding in on scooters to their hotel!!

Date #1 (Alone Date) Doug – Let our senses lead the way

Doug has a realization that if he “doesn’t do good on the date” he goes home.  And the boys begin their interrogation...Doug caves in.  He continues to get harassed until right before he is about to lose it – Emily saved the day by walking in to pick him up for their date.

They began their date with a walk through the town, looking at shops.  Emily asks “I always wonder how did you get to be who you are now?” – Doug provided the perfect answer by saying from his dad.  He rambled on and told her that he started a charity to prove to his dad that one person can change the world.  Emily’s response “Of course you did!” J  She says that she never sees him grouchy or short – as if she has known him for so long!

Emily told Doug that she decided that they should write a letter back to his son because he wrote her a letter that Doug gave her on the first night.  After finishing up playing pen pals they walked through a ring to make a wish.  Emily told the camera her wish so we know it wont come true.

They wrapped up the night with a romantic dinner.  Doug told Emily that his favorite part of the date was their pen pal moment.  Emily tells the camera that she feels like Doug is always giving her the perfect answer and she feels like he might be hiding something.  She asks him questions about what his ex-girlfriend would say about him – she thinks his answers are too perfect.  He then asks her what her faults are and hers were about as good as his.  She then felt like a bit of an idiot – Rose #1 was handed out!  Surprise, surprise!  Doug then started to go off about kissing Emily to the camera.  Saying that his grandfather told him not to kiss a girl until she lets him know she wants to be kissed.  Funny thing is he can’t read the look on Emily’s face that she is waiting for a kiss and she is NOT going to make the first move!

Date #2 (Group Date) Charlie, Ryan, Chris, Jef, Sean, Arie, Travis, Kalon - Let’s set sail on the sea of love

The date started off with a Bermuda match sailboat race.  The winners get to continue the date and the losers have to go back to the hotel.  Jef, Arie, ?, and Ryan were the winners.  The losers went back to the hotel crying – well at least one loser did! 

The winners hung with Emily and grabbed a couple cocktails.  Arie stole her away for a cuddle on the beach and a make out session – Doug better watch out!  It was such a great idea that she took Jef down to the beach for a cuddle by a fire pit.  Jef missed the make out opportunity – He pulled a Doug!  Ryan stole Emily away for some private time.  Emily told Ryan that she is interested in his comments.  She seems to be intrigued by his insulting comments.  He rambled on about his jealousy of Arie and catching her kissing him.  She felt judged – not good Ryan!  Rose #2 goes to Jef! Fireworks go off (literally)!

Date #3 (Two on One Date) John & Nate – Let’s explore this Bermuda Love Triangle

Who will get lost out at sea????  Nate & The 'Wolf’ met Emily on a yacht.  She took the boys to a small island for cliff jumping.  They took one jump and then it was dinnertime.  They had dinner in a cavern where the three of them all sat on the same side of the table and look squished together.  They decide that they didn’t want to eat the quinoa so instead they all sat at the table feeling completely awkward.  Emily asked Nate to talk in private.  She asked about his family and he got choked up and couldn't finish. Emily pulled the ‘wolf’ aside for some alone time.  He rambled on about nonsense…  Rose #3 went to….the ‘wolf’ because she doesn’t see herself with Nate for a lifetime. 

Cocktail Party

Emily and Ryan got some alone time and Ryan continued to feed Emily bs.  The boys sent Arie in to steal Emily away from Ryan because they don’t like him or his intentions.  Of all the guys to send in to save Emily – why did they pick Arie?  Ryan told the camera that he would be a good Bachelor if things don’t work out with Emily.  Sean had a mini make out session with Emily.  Doug explained to Ryan that he doesn’t need to kiss Emily to have a relationship.  Chris reminded Emily that he is 25yrs old and that he is ready to be a husband and a father figure.  Chris verbally attacks Doug.

Boys sent home....ponytail boy - Michael, and Charlie.

Next week looks like it is filled with drama as she tells someone to get the F out!
